Fairly clean hotel in a lovely building close to Montego Bay, cheap taxis and the beach. Excellent service, exquisite views of the sea from my small queen room;)))

I always return to this cozy guest house. The staff is helpful, offering taxi advice on my first visit. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, outdoor dining, laundry, flat-screen TV. Perfect for my business trips. Diving, golf, and board games are also available. Air-con and non-smoking rooms.

stayed in this property for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our choice. the hotel was well appointed, with comfortable location near gorgeous beaches. our room was spacious, included with the fan and a great bed, as for instance, had an awesome stay. everything was good as expected, but the bathroom was cold. the delicious food was a good touch.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel near the sea, with comfortable rooms and great facilities. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect, with beautiful beaches just a short distance away. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning.

Over the Christmas holiday, we had a great stay in a comfortable home-style environment where we were treated like family. the home cooking, among other things, was fantastic. Not only was it delicious, but it was also complementary. the location of the hotel was also a plus as it was not too far from the beaches and town center. the spacious and well-furnished room made our stay much more comfortable.

The noise from heavy traffic on the nearby main road was quite distracting, making it difficult to enjoy the sound of waves at the seaside. Sadly, there were tiny mosquito-like insects everywhere, so we recommend bringing repellant to avoid being bitten.

The staff was welcoming, room clean and spacious, comfortable bed, large bathroom, access to kitchen facilities.

We were delighted with our stay at Tina's Guest House. The hosts, Michael and Beverly, made us feel like part of their family. They were incredibly welcoming and kind, and their local knowledge enhanced our Jamaican adventure. The house was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. We enjoyed delicious home-cooked meals prepared by Mrs. Beverly, and Michael even took the time to show us nearby attractions. The value for money was excellent, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. we highly recommend Tina's Guest House for a friendly and comfortable home away from home.

We are staying at a guesthouse near stunning beaches, in a location that is too near to the city centre, which means we can easily explore the local shops and restaurants. Our room is clean, spacious, and has a comfortable bed. The service is quite friendly and attentive, with hosts who make sure that guests are happy. Breakfast is provided and it is very filling and tasty. We can even see the beautiful sea from our window.

The guesthouse could improve on the quality of their mattress.

During new year's eve, we had comfortable beds and clean towels which was nice. The house was situated in close proximity to several beaches and taxi rides were cheap and convenient. We also appreciated the welcoming atmosphere.

The noise level from the busy road was extremely high and made it difficult to sleep. the room itself was not properly maintained with peeling paint and outdated decor.

I had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this hotel in Jamaica. The location was perfect - not too far from the main road or from Ocho Rios. I was able to sleep peacefully throughout my entire stay, and it was only a short 15-20-minute drive to Ochi. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Miss Juney. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean thanks to their helper Annette. my experience at this hotel was extremely pleasant and the service was top-notch.

I recently stayed at Tina's Guest House in Ocho Rios and had a fantastic experience. Tina, the owner, went out of her way to accommodate me and even allowed me to check in early. She personally took me to a nearby food spot that I wouldn't have found on my own, and the prices were reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable, with essential amenities like a double bed, TV , and a well-maintained bathroom with hot water. I loved the fact that Tina treated me like family, providing access to the kitchen and common areas, including the rooftop balcony with an amazing view of the sea. Tina's Guest House offers a genuine Jamaican experience at an affordable price.
